Return Policy

Return & Exchange:

A return is a scheme provided by individual sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of exchange, replacement and/ or refund is made accessible by the respective sellers to you. All products listed under a same category may not have the similar returns policy. For all products, the policy on the product page shall prevail over the general returns policy. Do refer the respective item's applicable return policy on the product page for any exceptions to the table below.

We have divided the return policy in three parts. Read all the sections carefully and carefully understand the cases and condtion of return policy that will be accepted by us.

1st part - Returns Pick-Up and Processing

In case of return of product, where you want the item to be picked up from a different location/address. *Note the address location can only be changed if we have our pick up service at the new location.

3rd Part – Common Rules for Gurantee Return

• There are few cases where the seller is unable to process a replacement for any reason whatsoever, a refund will be given.
• In case of open box deliveries, while accepting the order, if you receive a different or a damaged product, you will be provided refund (on spot refunds for C.O.D orders). After you have accepted an open box delivery, no return request will be processed, except for manufacturing defects. In such cases, this category-specific replacement/return general conditions will be applicable.
• For products where installation is provided by Ecom Kart’s service partners, do not open the product packaging by yourself. Ecom Kart’s authorised personnel shall help in unboxing and installation of the product.
• For Furniture, any product related issues will be checked by an authorised service personnel (free of cost) and attempted to be resolved by replacing the damaged/ defective part of the product. Full replacement will be provided only in cases where the service personnel think that replacing the damaged/defective part can not be resolve the issue.
